Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom only at this stage. We are not shipping internationally yet. If you are outside the UK and want StinkyZ socks, get in touch and we will let you know when that changes.

Your options at checkout

• Standard delivery: £4.00, free on orders over £99, 3 to 5 working days. Royal Mail, tracked
• Same day delivery (Edinburgh only): £10.00. Edinburgh addresses only, order before midday
• Collect from us (Edinburgh): free. We email you when it is ready to collect from EH17

Delivery is chosen and added to the total at checkout, before you pay.

Same day delivery

Same day delivery is for Edinburgh addresses only, on orders placed before midday on a working day. If it is chosen for an address outside Edinburgh we will contact you, switch the order to standard delivery and refund the difference.

Collection

Collection is free from Edinburgh, EH17. We will email you when your order is ready to collect, usually the next working day, with the address and the times we are around.

How long it takes

• Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.
• Club and custom orders are made to order. Lead time is two weeks from artwork approval.

Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. We will email you when your order is on its way.

Who delivers

We send parcels with Royal Mail. Tracking is included on every parcel.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email info@stinkyz.co.uk with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
