Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from StinkyZ. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

StinkyZ is a sole trader trading from 58 Fernieside Crescent, Edinburgh, EH17 7HR. You can contact us at info@stinkyz.co.uk.

Placing an order

Adding items to your bag and paying does not complete a contract. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may refuse an order where the item is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include no separate tax line.
• Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. Free delivery applies over the threshold shown on the site.
• Payment is taken by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and charges are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

Cancelling and returning

If you are a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because socks are a hygiene product, this right does not apply to items that have been unsealed. Custom and club orders are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Full detail is in our returns and refunds policy.

Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, contact us and we will put it right.

Club and custom orders

• Club orders are quoted individually. A quote is valid for 30 days and is not binding until you pay.
• You confirm you have the right to use any badge, crest or artwork you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We will send artwork for approval before production. Once you approve it, we produce to that approval.
• Lead times are estimates: two weeks from artwork approval.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and disputes may be brought in those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
